Data controller

The controller for data related to this website is the Januzi practice, whose details are given in the legal notice.

Data processed by this website

This website has no forms and sets no cookies of its own and no audience measurement. The only exception is the Google Maps map embedded in the directions section. It is provided by Google LLC (United States), which may process connection data (including your IP address) and set cookies under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). When you visit, the hosting provider records technical data (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser) in logs needed for the security and operation of the site.

Hosting and transfers abroad

The website, domain name and email are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva). Technical connection data stays in Switzerland, unless you use the Google Maps map or WhatsApp: Google LLC (United States) is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the Federal Council as ensuring adequate protection, and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. is established in the European Union.

Online booking

Online booking takes place on the OneDoc platform (Switzerland), which processes your data under its own privacy policy. We only receive the information needed to manage your appointment.

Contact by email or WhatsApp

If you write to us, we use your data only to reply. WhatsApp messages pass through WhatsApp's service (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), under its own terms. Please do not send us detailed medical information by email or WhatsApp.

Health data

Data about your health is processed only at the practice, as part of your care, and is subject to professional secrecy.

Retention

Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period (about 7 days). Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to the address given in the legal notice. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
